Croeso, Welcome to our school website.
Cwmnedd Primary School is situated in the Neath Valley town of Glynneath and is housed on two sites: our Morfa Glas site houses our Nursery and Reception classes and our New Street site houses Year One to Year 6 classes.
We currently have 184 children on roll with a further 44 children who attend parttime in our Nursery classes.
Our Vision for our school is:
To develop and nurture an inclusive school with learner equity, wellbeing and achievement at its heart.
Our aim as staff, along with the support of our Governing Body, is to ensure that Cwmnedd Primary School maintains its reputation as a school with ‘a happy family atmosphere where the well-being of all pupils and adults is at the core of its work.’ (Estyn June 2018)
